Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

Shipping Carrier

We currently ship orders through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, USPS becomes responsible for transporting and delivering the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been shipped, most customers can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • USPS operations and network conditions

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Peak holiday shipping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Local delivery conditions

  • Other circumstances outside of our control

While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS and may take up to 48 hours after shipment to begin displaying movement within their system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout unless a promotion, discount, or free shipping offer applies to your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

BrickBuildz is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional shipping expenses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Incorrect ZIP codes

  • Incomplete recipient information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with USPS to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Lost package claims may require additional processing time while USPS completes its investigation.

Delivered but Not Received Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property.

  2. Verifying the shipping address provided during checkout.

  3. Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  4. Contacting your local USPS office.

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, BrickBuildz cannot guarantee recovery of the package. However, we will do our best to assist customers in locating missing shipments.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the claim process, please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order number

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Returned Packages

Packages that are refused, undeliverable, unclaimed, or returned by USPS may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable in these situations.

Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

BrickBuildz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Government actions

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Public health emergencies

These events may impact delivery timelines despite our best efforts.
